In january, Thijs Rijnsburger and me had the unhealthy but ambitious plan to paint over the HORSEMOVE. It was just above freezing-point when I put the ladder against the wall to sketch the letters. After a pain-staking week, it was done, right on time just before Benjamin Roth and Daan Hofstede's opening. And then the rain fell and washed the halfwet letters off. I was devastated! Luckily Thijs was in a very very possitive vibe and came by my house a few hours before the opening to give me a peptalk. We went to the Horsemove and veni, vidi, vici !
Damn...that was close though.
